Credit Karma Careers Microsite

The Challenge

At the time, the company was undergoing a period of rapid growth, with ambitious hiring targets and a strong push to scale the team. However, the careers section of the website had not evolved to match that momentum. It was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to reflect the company’s culture or energy. As the first point of contact for many prospective candidates, it played a critical role in shaping perceptions of the brand. The objective was to redesign the experience to convey Credit Karma’s strengths as an employer and ensure that job opportunities were easy to discover and engage with.

Before beginning any design work, I conducted interviews with several recently hired employees to understand what they valued most in a careers section. These insights shaped the content hierarchy, tone, and messaging. I collaborated closely with a copywriter and the recruiting team to align on key messages and image direction. From there, I created wireframes, iterated through feedback, and finalized the project with visual design and curated imagery.
